She has an excellent eye for design and helped to identify some high-yield projects that would help our house to "pop" without significant added expense. She did a fantastic job working with two interested buyers to maximize our return during the sale. She was also very responsive during the process of looking for homes and made great suggestions about neighborhoods and features that I could consider. She worked well with the other realtors involved to facilitate coming to mutual agreement in a respectful and expedicious way. I'm settling into the new home now and she even offered to help connect me with people who could do the few projects that were noted on inspection! Friendly, honest, responsive, clear and expedient. I had a very good experience working with Linda Chou for buying my house and later trying to sell it. She was professional, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, dependable, and very helpful. When we tried to sell our house in a down market she offered to also show the house to potential renters in case the house didn't sell. This was a good idea because at the time the house did not sell and we had to rent it.
